This includes: cigarettes,  e-cigarettes,  cigars,  shishas

If this rule is violated, additional cleaning charges will apply.

This may include:

intensive odor removal ozone treatment of the apartment additional cleaning of textiles, furniture, and surfaces All resulting costs will be charged to the guest.

2. No Parties

Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted. The apartment may only be used by the number of guests specified in the booking.

3. Quiet Hours

Quiet hours must be respected. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

During this time please avoid: loud music loud conversations disturbing noises Guests are kindly asked to be considerate of neighbors and other residents.

4. Consideration for Others

Please treat: the apartment the furniture and equipment common areas with care and respect.

Respectful behavior towards neighbors and other residents is expected at all times.

5. Parking

Parking is only allowed in designated parking areas. Please follow the instructions provided in the check-in information, which you will receive prior to arrival. The landlord assumes no liability for parked vehicles.

6. Damages or Issues

If any damage occurs or problems arise during your stay, please inform the landlord immediately so the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.

7. Violations of the House Rules

In the event of serious or repeated violations of these house rules, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately without refund.
